We will not be open Mondays going forward. Every decision we make at Osteria I Nonni is with our guests in mind. We have adapted quite a bit recently and this latest shortage of labor challenge with increased business has us adapting again. We butcher our own cuts of meat, make in-house sausage, bread, pasta, desserts, and much more. In order to maintain the quality our guests expect, we need that extra day for our staff to prepare for the week. I have always stated that it is my job to take care of our family of employees as they take care of our all of us! That has never been more true. Thank you for your understanding and hopefully this is the last major change we will have to make.
